Roskilde, Schottland - jetzt noch Finnland???

Hallo,
habe gerade auf der Bowie-Wonderworld Seite eine Post aus Finnland gelesen.
Angeblich soll Bowie dort am 20. Juni beim Provinssirock Festival (das schreibt sich wirklich so!) auftreten.
Na, super, na toll, dachte ich mir.
Schön für Finnland!
Für Dänemark!
Und für Schottland sowieso.
Und was ist mit uns?
Ich will endlich wissen, wann und wo und ob überhaupt Herr Bowie sich auch bei uns die Ehre gibt.
Es ist zum aus der Haut fahren.
Na, wollte euch das nur mal mitteilen. Vieleicht erleichtere ich damit jemanden seine Urlaubsplanung.

PS.: Bei den Bonnern habe ich schon mal 3x für Bowie gevotet, aber ich habe nicht viel Hoffnung.

Oh wie geil!!!! Dummerweise kann ich nicht nach Suomi reisen, weil ich an diese verfickten Ferien gebunden bin.  :cry:  :cry:  :cry:  :cry:

The festival park of Törnävä in Seinäjoki is expecting visitors to arrive for the 26th time and the Real Party of the People welcomes both old and new visitors to join in. Provinssirock 2004 is a three-day festival and it is arranged on 18th - 20th June. Provinssirock aims to preserve its reputation as a festival with a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere where the music and people matter most. The pleasant festival atmosphere is preserved with the help of good services and the area offers, among other things, high-quality dining and restaurant services as well as a well-maintained camping area.

Provinssirock is well-known for its versatile programme. In addition to international and Finnish top performers Provinssirock also offers new interesting names of the future; Provinssirock is on the cutting edge. There are five stages in the festival park where over forty music ensembles perform during the weekend in June. In addition, visitors have an opportunity to see various interdisciplinary groups performing in the festival park representing multiple art forms.

The 25nd Provinssirock was once again a great success. Törnävä was filled with over 60 000 visitors. The festival organiser expects the festival park of Törnävä to be filled with party people again next summer.

While waiting for the coming summer festival you can have a look at past festivals under "history". There you can get acquainted with the atmosphere of the Real Party of the People, recall festival experiences and get in the mood for next summer.

Wir müssen uns hier zuLande keine Sorgen machen.
Der spielt mit Sicherheit 2 Openairs in Deutschland.
Ebenso wird er vermutlich in der Schweiz beim Out In the Green Festival dabei sein. :D

Aber schön wärs halt doch.

Da ist auch mein Tipp. Ich tippe auf Rock im Park und Hurricane/Southside. Passt mir aber von den Terminen alles nicht. :(
Ich würde mir Bowie in Haldern wünschen.  :-D

"Festivals 2004! Erste Bestätigungen!

Neben dem traditionsreichen, dänischen "Roskilde“-Festival wird David Bowie im Festivalsommer 2004 auch auf dem schottischen Festival "T In The Park“ und dem britischen "Isle Of Wright“ aufspielen! Weitere Termine in Planung"

Ich glaubs nicht, ich habs irgendwie im Urin, dass DB 2004 nach Frauenfeld kommen wird, aber es ist wirklich nur Intuition und deshalb habe ich im Forum nichts davon geschrieben. Nun schreibst Du auch, dass DB dort sein wird. Woher hast Du die Info?

Also Ausland kommt für mich nicht in Frage,aber bei nem Deutschland-Auftritt bin ich dabei.Und wenn ich im Auto schlafen muss,irgendwie wirds schon klappen 8)

Hi Biff,
ich dachte, das Out in the Green gibt es nicht mehr???
Oder findet es 2004 doch wieder statt? Haben sich die Herrschaften
wieder zusammengerauft, oder was?
