CD "Sound & Vision" Live USA 1990

Hi,
habe gerade die CD „Sound & Vision“ bekommen. Die kannte ich noch gar nicht.
(Unter „Sound & Vision“ kannte ich bisher nur die DVD mit Musikvideo-Ausschnitten, Interviews usw.)
Habe jetzt diesen Live-Mitschnitt von 1990 mehrmals angehört.
Der gute Bo hatte ja damals (im Gegensatz zu 2003/2004) stimmlich arge Schwierigkeiten. Den Anfang beider Strophen von „Ashes To Ashes“ krächzt er ja nur. Bei Titel 5 „Let´s Dance“ hat er sich dann endlich wieder ganz gut gefangen. Nur mit der Höhe wurde es an diesem Tag nichts …  :-)
Die Band klingt stellenweise auch ziemlich grauenhaft.
Bei Young Americans fiel mir auf, dass er statt „Präsident Nixon“ „Präsident Lincoln“ singt.  8O
Süß ist, wie er beim letzten Titel = Modern Love singt „Auf Wiedersehn, Au revoir, Good Bye“.  :love:

Und auf meinem Album-Cover steht „Pretty Big Rose“ anstelle von „Pretty Pink Rose“.  :?

Ich habe das auch, ist übrigens laut Bassmann

On the back side of the cover it says that this is a concert from the US, but it isn't. It is once again songs from the Milton Keynes FM broadcast. A lot of rough cuts between the songs, so there is no spoken word left to identify the show. This is of course done on purpose! The sound quality is still excellent, but buy something else instead!

Aus dem einem mageren Blatt als Cover kann man ja nichts entnehmen, nicht mal die Bandmitglieder sind aufgeführt. (Und Titel sogar noch falsch, siehe oben, hihi)
