Nach Hits wie "To Know Him Is to Love Him", "Comfortably Numb" und "Wish You Were Here" sagte das Duo zu noch einen Song zu spielen, nachdem der Geschäftsmann und Uma Thurman-Freund Busson 50.000 Dollar für sein Lieblingslied bot - "Another Brick In The Wall". Die Organisatorin der Spendenveranstaltung, Bella Freud, war begeistert von Bussons Angebot und enthüllt, dass locker noch mehr zusammen gekommen wäre, wenn Gilmour und Waters bereit gewesen wären. Freud: "Einige Leute sagten, sie würden sogar 200.000 Pfund (rund 240.000 Euro) zahlen, wenn sie noch einen Song spielen. Die Leute haben geweint vor Freude. Es war Magie. David und Roger, sie sahen so glücklich aus, und sie haben für etwas so wunderschönes gesorgt."Das würde ich ja auch verdammt gern mal in bewegten Bildern sehen...oder zumindest hören! xSimone

David ist da mit Recht, wie ich finde,etwas verhaltender, aber immerhin ist das Eis nicht mehr ganz so dick.Und somit wird ein altes Zitat von Roger über die Beziehung zu David langsam hinfällig:"Wir sprechen nicht mehr miteinander und das aber sehr herzlich"und das in dem Alter !!!pfffbest regardsvelvet :english:
